The rotational speed of the spacecraft was gradually reduced over several days
after liftoff and the rotational axis was changed to achive the most stable
configuration of the spacecraft 5 days after liftoff. Deployment of solar cell
panels and sun-aquisition control. The x-ray telescope was extended 10 days
after liftoff on March 2 and performance verification of observational
