FOLLOW-UP OBSERVATION OF THE UNIDENTIFIED SOURCES DETECTED WITH ASCA PLANE SURVEY

ABSTRACT

ASCA Galactic Plane Survey team including us discovered several new hard X-ray sources in the Plane Survey project and other Plane observations. AGPS267.3-27.4 and AGPS273.4-17.8 are the hardest and bright sources of them. We propose the deep observation of these new sources. We will investigate the image, spectrum, and time variability of them, reveal their X-ray natures, and classified them. There are little observational knowledges about the nature of these hard sources on the Galactic Plane. Our observation will reveal them first, and will much enlarge the significance of the survey project.
