THE OBSERVATION OF RCRA STAR FORMING REGION WITH ASCA

ABSTRACT

In AO2, the protostar R1 in the R CrA star forming region shows the powerful X-ray flare. The flare spectrum is unusual, showing a broadened or double emissionline structure between 6.2 and 6.8keV. The reasonable explanation of this phenomina is the doppler shift of iron line by the jet drived by flare, but, if it does, the speed of the jet is comparable of the 10 0f the light speed. It is unbeliabable result. But, resent observation and scimulation reveals the existance of high speed jet around star forming region To study further, we need to know the precise flare parameters. So, we observe the RCrA star forming region again with ASCA.
