AR Lac

Image Credit: White, N.E. et al 1994, PASJ 46, L97.

An orbital lightcurve of the two-day eclipsing RS CVn system AR Lac from the SISO and SIS1 detectors. The observation lasted for one orbital cycle. The data are folded on the orbital period, and repeated for half a cycle. A 50 percent X-ray eclipse can be seen centered on the primary eclipse, and a shallower, 20 percent X-ray minimum around the time of the secondary eclipse.
