Comments: Observed burst in 4-sec time bin co-incident with BASTE g-ray burst. Also observed new X-ray source co-incident with radio source (18h 05m 42s -20d25m10s (1950)), Fx = 0.2 mCrab (0.5-10 keV) with heavy absorption. Tentatively identified as counterpart to SGR 1806-20.
