ASCA Science Highlights: SN 1993J

ASCA Image of M81

As shown in the image above, ASCA's spatial resolution is sufficient to distinguish the X-ray emission from SN 1993J from those of other X-ray sources in M81. The X-ray spectrum and light curve of SN 1993J are shown below.
