Keith Arnaud is an associate research scientist with the Astronomy Department of the University of Maryland. He has worked with the GSFC X-ray astronomy group since 1988. Dr. Arnaud has worked on the BBXRT, ROSAT, ASCA, and Astroe-E missions.

Dr. Arnaud is responsible for the XSPEC spectral fitting package and is interested in computational and statistical issues in astrophysics. His main research activities cover X-ray observations of clusters of galaxies and active galactic nuclei.
