The INTMAP program generates exposure and intensity maps
from selected gamma-ray maps. An exposure map is first created
from the user-selected gamma-ray counts map, then the intensity
map is generated by dividing the number of events for each bin by the
exposure for that bin. The program reads
the appropriate exposure history file to obtain
the modes and pointing directions of the instrument and uses
the MPE SENSTV routines to get the instrument sensitivity data.
The exposures for each bin is calculated and stored in
the map. The maps are written to file in the same FITS format
as the original gamma-ray map.
