Program Method

PULSAR asks the user for a pulsar to analyze, a standard data file containing -ray events from that area of the sky, and the range of energies and arrival directions to consider. The program then opens the file, selects the -ray events that satisfy the user's error limits, and computes their phases. The results are stored in a histogram and plotted to the screen.
