Current, but for simulations ONLY
A set of full response matrices (ie including the detector
redistribution matrix and the effective area of the XRT etc)
each GIS, assuming a
circular cell of radius 6 arcmin centered at each of various
nominal pointing positions.
The naming scheme used is
gis
v4_0_
ccd.rsp
where:
- is the GIS for which the dataset is valid
( =
2
or 3
)
- is the SIS readout mode, and hence the nominal GIS
pointing position
( =
1
, 2
or 4
)
Ken Ebisawa (NASA/GSFC ASCA GOF) in
OGIP standard format, 1996 Feb 13.
OGIP format RMFVERSN = 1992a
(see
CAL/GEN/92-002).
The following i/p files were used:
- The detector redistribution matrices gis#v4_0.rmf
(Section 3.13.5).
- The ARFs g#_#.arf
(Section 3.14.2), which represent 6 arcmin
extraction cells.
- These response files are made only for simulation purposes.
For real data analsyis, users should make ARFs appropriate
for the extraction cell used to construct their source PHA data.
