Summary of changes: 

CLOCK:

An updated NuSTAR clock correction file, version 78, is available. compared to 2017-12-22 in the previous version (77).  The latest clock file is available from the SOC public website:

http://www.srl.caltech.edu/NuSTAR_Public/NuSTAROperationSite/clockfile.php

For the most part the residuals remain within +/- 2 ms.
