The deadline for proposal submission is given in the national cover letter. It is the responsibility of guest investigators to submit their proposals early enough to ensure timely arrival at the appropriate agency. Any late proposal will not be considered in the proposal selection process. All proposals must be complete at the time of submission and no modifications will be possible between the deadline and the meeting of the national proposal selection committees.
