NOTE: A BUG HAS BEEN FOUND IN THE SASS PROCESSING SOFTWARE WHICH WILL FORCE A COMPLETE RE-PROCESSING OF ALL ROSAT PSPC DATA. THE BUG AFFECTS THE TIMING INFORMATION IN THE PHOTON FILE AT THE SECOND AND SUB-SECOND LEVEL. THIS WILL NOT AFFECT MOST OBSERVERS. THE RE-PROCESSING WILL BE DONE WHEN THE REVISION-1 PROCESSING COMMENCES IN LATE AUTUMN. FOR THOSE DATA SETS AFFECTED, THE PI WILL RECEIVE ANOTHER 6 MONTHS OF PROPRIETARY TIME. NOTE, THOUGH, THAT most OF THE DATA SETS ARE not AFFECTED.
