What is the conversion from detector coordinates to sky coordinates?

For the HRI, the conversion is essentially a rotation by the roll angle. The pipeline software 'flips' the image about the y-axis twice during processing. Note that this definition differs from that of the PSPC. This difference will be a problem only for those who wish to compare an HRI image, in detector coordinates, with a PSPC image in detector coordinates.
