Is deadtime corrected for?

SASS does not use a file of true livetimes. A correction is made for telemetry deadtime. The exposure map does not correspond exactly to the average exposure time, because there is some ripple on the instrument map. The average exposure over a 5x5 arcmin central field should be trustworthy.
