For US-based astronomers, Suzaku Guest Observer Program, Cycle 5 is
an
element of ROSES 2009.
Researchers in an ESA member country should
apply through ESA
Researchers in Japan and in all other non-US, non-ESA countries should
apply through ISAS/JAXA
Suzaku Cycle 5 Stage 1 is now open. Observing proposals are due
at 4:30 pm EST on Friday, November 20th, 2009.

For US-based astronomers, Suzaku Guest Observer Program, Cycle 4 is
an
element of ROSES 2008.
Suzaku Cycle 4 Stage 2 is now closed. Notifications have been
sent to the PIs on Aug 21, 2009.
Suzaku Cycle 4 (Stage 1) is
now closed.
For the record:
Unpredictable events can be observed with Suzaku as targets
of opportunity (TOO) in two different ways.
Cycle 3 period (April 2008 - March 2009) is now over.
The majority of Cycle 3 GO grants have been issued, although
some are still in process.
Suzaku Guest Observer Program, Cycle 3 was
an
element of ROSES 2007.
Please note that final reports for Suzaku GO grants are required
upon completion of the grant award period. Additional instructions for
submitting final grant recipient reports, as well as a required form,
can be found
here.
