Wrong keywords in the UVOT GeNI Image (TDRSS product only)

Occasionally, the UVOT Data Processing Unit (DPU) writes the wrong RA and DEC on the telemetry packets of the first UVOT image received on the ground, the so-called "GeNI" image. Users should check the GeNI RA, DEC keywords for consistency with the BAT and XRT position. If an XRT position is available, substitute these keywords into the GeNI FITS file before attempting to do any position refinement with the GeNI image.
