There are no proprietary rights to any of the data obtained with the Swift Observatory. All data will be released to the community, as described in the Quick-Look and Data Archive Section, as soon as they have been processed by the Swift Data Center. The exceptions were data obtained during the activation and verification phases of spacecraft operation. These two phases lasted approximately 4.5 months starting from launch. All data taken during these phases of the mission have since been reprocessed and made public.
