Comet Lulin taken by Swift on January 28

This image of Comet Lulin was taken by Swift on January 28. It shows data obtained by Swift's Ultraviolet/Optical Telescope (blue and green) and X-Ray Telescope (red). The image of the star field (white) was acquired by the Digital Sky Survey. At the time of the observation, comet Lulin was 99.5 million miles from Earth and 115.3 million miles from the sun.
