• Added new option to psf and sosta commands that will weight the PSF calculation based on an exposure map.
• Enhanced support for reading FITS tile-compressed images. See this link for more information on FITS tile-compression.
• Updated AST library to version 5.1-0.
• Fixed bug in calculating Suzaku XIS PSF normalization.
• Fixed bug in calculating ASCA SIS1/2 PSF.
