KY Relativistic Accretion Disk models

NOTE: This model is now in the Xspec release and this page is superceded by the Xspec manual

A set of models from Dovciak et al. (2004) for accretion disk spectra in the strong gravity regime. The models are

kyrlineRelativistic line from accretion disc around Kerr black hole, axisymmetric version.
kyconvAxisymmetric convolution model for relativistic smearing.

The source code and help files are available in a gzipped tar file. These models also require about 250Mb of data which we make available in separate files to make the download easier : KBHline00.fits, KBHline01.fits, KBHline02.fits, These should all be placed in some convenient directory. To build and run these models see the Readme file.

Note that an earlier version of this code included other models but these were slow and not very useable. The old models are incompatible with the updated version so the versions should not be mixed together. Dr. Dovciak is working on new code to provide new faster versions of the other old models as well but this will take some time.
