Once the ODF/SDF files are produced, they are made available from the XMM-Newton Science Archive to the PI of the related XMM-Newton proposal, and the PI is automatically notified. At a later stage, a second notification will be sent once the PPS products have been successfully generated. If, for some reason, these files are improved during the year of proprietary rights, the PI will be notified of this by email.
