X-ray School Registration
Registration closes June 29, 2007
Registration fee are $ 250
We will limit the number of participating students to 45 (first come, first served).
No registration will be considered complete until payment is received. Payment must be received before June 29, 2007. The registration fee covers coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon, social outings organized by the LOC, material hands out, and administrative support.
As in the past editions of the school, we expect to award several fellowships to allow more students to attend.
Most fellowships will cover either cost of registration or cost of accommodation and in some cases, both.
Preference for the fellowships will be given to graduate or advanced undergraduate students. If you are interested in applying for one of these Fellowships, please send the following information:
1) Your current resume
2) A letter explaining why you want to attend the school
Please e-mail this information to xrayschool@milkyway.gsfc.nasa.gov putting "Fellowship" in the subject line.
Let us know if you want registration waived, hotel paid or both.
The deadline for applying is June 15, 2007.
Only applications received before June 15, 2007 will be considered. Fellowship applicants will be notified before June 20, 2007 and will have until June 29, 2007 to finalize their registration.
We don't pay per-diem nor travel for students.
