The following is the observing program for RXTE Cycle 7. This list contains the targets recommended by the review panels. Recall that multiple pointings at a particular target are permitted.

The various columns are:

  1. Prop Number: number assigned by RXTE GOF
  2. PI: Principal Investigator's last name
  3. Target Number: as listed on proposal forms
  4. Target Name: as listed on proposal forms
  5. time: total observing time approved in ksec
  6. NumConst: total number of constraints on target
