ASCA Weekly/March 2-14 revised again

Dear ASCA operation team members and ASCA users:

I am sending a third revised schedule of ASCA for the period of march 2 to 14.
We were informed that Z Cam is now in flareing state, we have re-allocated all
the Mauche/Ishida's project of ASCA/Astro-2 observations of CVs (80 ks) to
Z Cam observations. On March 6 after wasted several hours on VW Hyi #1,
we switched emergently the observation in the span to AM Her #1 ( yet we get
about 20 ksec exposure for AM Her during the time from March 6 20:00 to
March 7 5:30). Yet we leave further possibility to replace the Z Cam
observations to the VW Hyi observations either the span of March 10 0:40 or
the span March 10 13:10 or both, if we recieve warning of VW Hyi outburst
enough prior to the daily preparation of ASCA operation command sequence.
Final decision of this selection is made by M. Ishida in contacting with
C. Mauche and K. Mukai. Due to the STT moon constraint, ASCA cannot be
moved toward VW Hyi after March 11, therefore the span of March 11, 14:40
is used only for the observation of Z Cam. During the whole revision,
PKS 0528+134, #1 &#2, AM Her #1&#2, and NGC3516 #1&#2 have been kept
in the timespans ae they were in the first version.
