ASCA weekly

Dear ASCA users,

We start cycle 5 guest observations regularly hereafter since December 24,
1996, except for a time critical target Mkn 421 allocated on December 15.
This first short-term schedule is planned based on the tentative long-term
time line which is yet under investigation. We are now working on SPIKE
scheduler for the final adjustment of the long-term timeline for a year.
The first version of the long-term timeline will be released in a week
or two.
