"The Second LOFT Science Meeting": deadline for registration
=============================================================

As announced in a previous issue of this Newsletter (#133), the Second
LOFT Science Meeting will take place in Toulouse (France) from 24th to
27th September 2012.

Deadline for registration is

              10th September 2012

Conference Announcement: "The Universe as seen by Planck"
=========================================================

The Conference "The Universe as seen by Planck", dedicated to present
and discuss the initial science results from Planck will be held at

              ESA/ESTEC, Noordwijk
                The Netherlands

               from 2nd to 5th April 2013

This  is  the first  scientific  forum  where  these results  will  be
addressed,  following the  first major  release of  data  products and
scientific papers in  early 2013. It will cover  both cosmology (based
on  analysis  of the  Cosmic  Microwave  Background) and  astrophysics
(based on analysis of foreground emission sources).

Pre-registration will be open from 15th October 2012.
