Cas A: 1st pass cleaned data ready for download

Dear All,

The first round of processed data are now available.  Many
many thanks to Pat and Jack for their help, and to John
Blondin for help with the data depot. All that's been done
so far is to filter the off-source light curve for flares,
filter to exclude energies beyond 0.3-10. keV and run the
time-dependent gain correction.

From there you can login as "casa_vlp" password "not1680"

***You will need javaws (java web start) installed on your
system and configured for your browser (set this by going to
the preferences panel on your browser once you know the path
to javaws).  After several tries, the three of us have
managed to use it to upload and download data.  To maximize
download efficiency, adjust the settings in the download
window: try setting the number of threads to 3 or 6, and the
blocksize to 10 MB.  You can also give a location hint
(state=md) to located the nearest depot.  We found that we
could download each file in several 5 minutes with this
configuration.
