HEASARC News: Clarification for RXTE cycle 13 websites

Dear Colleagues,

Several web links in our recent announcement entitled,
"Cycle 13 Info/PCA Recipes/Timing data fixed," contained
URLs referring to "heasarcdev.gsfc.nasa.gov."   The correct
URLs should all be "heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov."   
I apologize for the error, and any inconvenience.
