XTETARGET: XTE Target Information
The XTETARGET table was created for the purpose of providing a complete,
accurate, and easily accessible tracking of XTE proposal target information.
Alternate flag. If set, then this target was designated as an alternate
target by the proposer. If the primary target cannot be observed, then the
XTE scheduling team will observe this alternate target instead.
The AO phase (cycle) number.
Right ascension in equinox 2000 decimal degrees.
Declination in equinox 2000 decimal degrees.
The priority set for the target by the national peer review.
(For XTE, this value is always 1.)
The number of observational constraints the target has.
The number of observations awarded.
Primary flag. If set, then the target is a primary target.
The proposal number.
Any special remarks made by the proposer regarding this target.
The name of the target of the observation.
The number of the target in the proposal.
Scan flag. If set, then the target is to be scanned.
Spectrum Requested flag.
The total observation time requested by the proposer.
The total observation time.
The total telemetry.
Declination degrees (sexagesimal format).
Declination minutes (sexagesimal format).
Declination seconds (sexagesimal format).
Right ascension hours (sexagesimal format).
Right ascension minutes (sexagesimal format).
Right ascension seconds (sexagesimal format).
