Create Summary of FRF Telemetry Files

Description:

1. Make a list of all the FRF telemetry files along with information about those files. There is one line per file, and entries in each line are separated by "|". The following information is included from left to right.

   17. SIS count rate
   18. SIS count rate error
   19. Principle investigator (PI) name.
   20. Proposal type
   21. Proposal number
   22. "000000"
