Quick analysis output files now
have _sqa or _gqa, as they were renamed in rev1.
8/23/96 Added "scraps" file type for the tar-ed together
small leftover raw files. Intended to be kept as a trend
product.

teldef now lists both SIS and GIS calibration files.
- util/file_description - version 0.0 to 1.0
teldef now refers to both SIS and GIS files.
Deleted individual GIS teldef file types (eg g2onflf).

Removed the (.wrap) after wrapped file names
in the HTML list (confusing for CD distributions).
teldef now refers to both SIS and GIS files, so removed
individual g2onflf, etc types.
- subs/screen - version 0.0 to 1.0
Now skips FAST mode files.
- subs/combine - version 0.0 to 1.0
Now only deletes the raw files which
are used to make unfiltered files. The remaining "scraps"
are tarred together to make the scraps file, which is kept as
a trend product.
- subs/rev1trend - version 0.0 to 1.0
- subs/fixthings - version 0.0 to 1.0
