Changes Between Versions 6.2.0 and 6.3.0

This page lists the detailed changes made in all of the processing scripts. The script names are linked to a description of the current version of each script

util/generate_filename - version 1.3 to 1.4
Added "sourcecat", "blankback", "sourcefree". Modified "spectrum" and "rmf".
util/setup_parfile - version 0.0 to 1.0
Also change ,q, and ,ql, modes to ,h, 1.0 -> 1.1 5/20/97 Added some sed commands to remove leading and trailing spaces in parfile fields. This is necessary for the ghkcurve parfile, which has a number of spaces in it for readability.
util/xselect_test - version 1.0 to 1.1
Now removes grppha.par, rbnpha.par, and fixrev0pha.par .
util/read_bintable - version 0.0 (new)
util/exception - version 0.0 to 1.0
Fixed a bug which left out the closing anchor tag in the error log entry.
util/any_filename - version 1.0 to 1.1
Added blanksky, bethick, and gisgrid, ecdata.
subs/combine - version 1.2 to 1.3
Modified to use the cmerge STOOL to merge event files instead of the merge utility script.
subs/sources - version 0.0 to 1.0
Added code to create a FITS BINTABLE list of sources.
subs/images - version 1.1 to 1.2
Don't generate individual exposure maps for BRIGHT2 event files any more. This is because they are not used in the summed maps and probably won't be kept anyway. Also they are redundant with the corresponding BRIGHT mode files. Before this the BRIGHT2 exposure maps were not being deleted and weren't included in the distribution or trend products.
lists/file_classes - version 0.0 to 1.0
Attitude no longer a trend product from processing since they are taken from ingest. Added arf, rmf, spectrum, backblank, sourcecat, xrteff, xrtpsf echosh, rddhis, bethick, gisgrid, ecdata.
spectra - version 0.0 (new)
process - version 1.1 to 1.2
Added spectra subroutine.
process.par - version 0.2 to 0.3
