processing scripts.
The script names are linked to a description of the

subs/images - version 2.5 to 2.6
Changed the ximage script to override the default title
in the GIF plots. This is because ximage by default does
not correctly handle INSTRUME="inst1,inst2".
subs/readfrfs - version 3.0 to 3.1
Modified the syntax in the calculation of the percentage
of corrupted superframes to compensate for some subtlties
in the operator precedence in $STOOL/equals.
subs/spectra - version 3.0 to 3.1
Deleted the check for pre-FTOOLS 4.0 syntax for addrmf.
Streamlined code which determines "ccdlist".
subs/telemetry - version 2.2 to 2.3
Fixed a bug where the observation start and end times were
not being written to the job.par correctly due to a typo
with the variable names.
