Changes Between Versions 7.3.7 and 7.3.8

subs/calsource - version 2.2 to 2.3
changed to use calpeaklo and calpeakhi instead of the single calpeaktoll value.
subs/images - version 2.6 to 2.7
Fixed a bug where $inst was given as the argument to $UTIL/generate_filename instead of $inst_type. This caused problems when there were GIS images with more than one dimension.
subs/readfrfs - version 3.1 to 3.2
Now read criterion for corrupted superframe warning from process parfile instead of hard coding it. Also started filtering out warnings for out of order GIS events.
