Astro-D will collect data at the rate of 200 Mbytes per day. The processing conducted by the GOF will reformat the original data, filter them, then produce tables of scientific results, i.e. the data will exist in four forms. It is difficult to produce an accurate estimate of storage requirements at this point, but the following conservative estimates have been made:
