In order for the document to be complete, any postscript 'figures'
should be included by making use of LaTeX's (and latex2html's)
ability to encapsulate then. How to do this is described with examples
in Section 7.3. It might take a few attempts to
get right, but its worth it - there's little more annoying to the
reader than missing figures.
