Problem:
A number of Tex and LaTeX commands (especially those invoving
font changes) appear not to have any effect on the html
output. Examples include \underline, \it, \bf
etc (which often result is 'standard'-style output under html).
This is most likely due to the limited number of fonts available to
html.
Solution:
None - either dont use these commands, or live with a difference between
the pages generated using LaTeX and html.
