This section describes where to find the LaTeX and latex2html
software, how to install it and make it available to users.
As such it is primarily intended for system adminstrators.
It is suggested that general users first simply try
using the software (Section 4), and checking
with their system
adminstrators as to whether the packages are indeed already available
only if it fails.
