Gives an overview of the
procedures required to maintain a CALDB
at a remote site. The local CALDB may contain EXACT copies of the missions
supported at the HEASARC. It may also contain `customised' missions which are
either (i) HEASARC-supported but with personal/local datasets added or (ii) non-HEASARC supported.
This memo is primarily intended for "Remote CALDB Mangers".
