Primary array image or IMAGE extension

The most common way of representing an image in a FITS file is as a 2-dimensional array of pixels stored either in the primary array or in an IMAGE extension. Readers should refer to the RCCF paper which defines all the necessary keywords needed to describe the celestial coordinate system in this case.
