Constraint Details
Monitor: Y
Criteria: The 2013 outburst was observed with RXTE for about 2 weeks during the rise before the peak was reached and than for almost 5 months during decay. Here we propose to monitor the progression of the outburst to the peak and beyond with one snapshot every 1-2 days for the next few weeks (and to revisit exposures and cadence when we know how the outburst develops).

We suggest to start NICER monitoring with the current position until a new position becomes available in order to cover the rise and to coordinate with NuSTAR.
