Criteria: We request that this target is observed by NICER for at least 40 ks during the month-long TESS observing window. These observations can be broken into small chunks. We request that the minimum observation window is 900 s. Our preference is that observations is bunched together. Our Swift program observed 5000 s per day, with the 8 days spread over two weeks. This cadence was ideal.

Start: 58738.000

Remarks: Observations need to occur simultaneously with TESS. TESS is observing this target from Sep 11, 2019 until Oct 7, 2019.

Coordinate Observation: Y
Observatory: SWIFT, TESS
Description: We were awarded 2-min cadence observations from TESS and 40 ks from Swift. The Swift and NICER observations need not be simultaneous. In addition, we will observe this target from the UH 2.2m telescope for two nights.
Uninterrupted: N
Justification:
Estimated Count Rate (cts s-1): 7.000
