Description: This NICER request is to be in coordination with simultaneous Swift and TESS flare monitoring of the target, GJ 1243. Swift will perform ~40 ksec of UVOT flare monitoring of GJ 1243 on approximately July 24th through Aug 4th while TESS observes in the optical at 20-sec cadence. These NICER observations are to be in coordination with the Swift and TESS observing window.
