Remarks: Our triggered XMM-Newton/NuSTAR observations of Mrk 841 were taken on 2022-01-09. However, the HST observation could only be scheduled between 2022-01-31 and 2022-02-07. As obscuration varies on days/weeks timescales we need contemporaneous joint X-ray/UV spectroscopy to model the wind. Therefore, we propose the NICER observation to be taken between 2022-01-31 and 2022-02-07 to overlap with HST.
