Critical target list for coordination with XRISM PV-phase observations

The following targets are expected to be proposed by XRISM Performance Verification (PV) teams for coordinated NuSTAR+XRISM observations during NuSTAR Cycle 9. By agreement with XRISM, the PV teams will waive the exclusive use period for the NuSTAR data (but not the XRISM data). We discourage the community from proposing coordinated NuSTAR+XRISM observations of these PV targets unless they are part of a XRISM PV team. Other proposals for these targets with distinct scientific justifications will be allowed.
