What is the conversion from detector coordinates to sky coordinates?

(10/28/91)

To go from detector coordinates to sky coordinates essentially involves a 'flip' in the y-axis, followed by a rotation by the roll angle. Note that this definition differs from that of the HRI. This difference will be a problem only if the user wishes to compare, in detector coordinates, an HRI image with a PSPC image.
