To be prepared for a general handling of the OBIs
the information of each OBI is completed by
- applying the aspect solution,
- sceening the data for erroneous observing periods
(e.g., detector off, bad aspect solution,
missing housekeeping information),
- the determination of exposure map and
the creation of background maps.
