Celestial Inertial Reference Frame ()

[Hasinger1990a]

All positions on the sky ultimately refer to the equatorial reference system for the mean equinox 2000.0,   with cartesian coordinates tex2html_wrap_inline16649 , and the equivalent polar coordinate frame under the equatorial system (Right ascension tex2html_wrap_inline16651 , declination tex2html_wrap_inline16653 ).   The ecliptic coordinate system ( tex2html_wrap_inline16655 ) was also used (particularly for the data storage, image, source analysis during the survey phase), with equivalent polar coordinates ecliptic longitude ( tex2html_wrap_inline16657 ) and latitude ( tex2html_wrap_inline16659 ).
