show obscat

Display the observation catalogue. The columns displayed are given in the parameter displist, and can be listed, one to a line, in the file filename if displist = @filename. If displist is blank, the display list defaults to:

INSTRUME
OBJECT
DATAMODE
BIT_RATE
DATE-OBS
TIME-OBS
NEVENTS
EXPOSURE

The show_rows and show_method parameters work as for show event.
